Extracted from Sesamum indicum L and its plantations are located in no more than 600 meters from sea level, with abundant sun and humidity, so it is located on the South Coast as in Retalhuleu and northern part as Petén. The oil is rich in Omega 3 and Omega 6, antioxidant, reduces cholesterol and provides vitamin E, B1, B3, B6, folic acid, potassium, phosphorus, calcium and iron.
